Every participant goes through a structured programme that begins with foundational digital training and progresses into real, supervised client work. No participant is assigned real responsibilities before they are genuinely ready for them.

Who Can Apply?
DMS Launchpad accepts three categories of participants:
1. SIWES Industrial Training Students
Are you an undergraduate in Computer Science, IT, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field? If your institution requires a period of supervised industrial training, DMS Launchpad qualifies as an approved SIWES placement.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months (depending on your institution).
2. NYSC Corps Members (PPA Placement)
Looking for a tech company in Ibadan to serve as your Primary Place of Assignment? DuraTech Multi-Solutions is an active, structured, and professionally run organisation, not a ghost PPA.
- Duration: Full 11-12-month service year
- Monthly clearance are signed by management
3. Direct Interns
No SIWES or NYSC affiliation? You can still apply as a Direct Intern if you are a self-motivated individual seeking structured digital skills development.
- Duration: 3 to 4 months
- You will receive a formal Offer Letter and a Certificate of Completion
