A Programme. Not Just a Placement

DMS Launchpad is the official internship and placement initiative of DuraTech Multi-Solutions, a Nigerian IT and digital solutions company with over 10 years of active operations, headquartered in Ibadan.

We created DMS Launchpad because we believe internships should mean something. Too many young Nigerians complete their SIWES or NYSC service year with a signed logbook and very little else to show for it. We built DMS Launchpad to change that.

Every participant who joins us  whether a SIWES student, an NYSC Corps Member, or a Direct Intern, goes through a structured, intentional programme designed to take them from wherever they currently are to a place of genuine, demonstrable capability in the digital and technology space.

This is not an internship where you sit and wait to be told what to do. This is a programme where you are trained, tested, trusted, and transformed.
